Shipping & Returns
There are no returns but we have a 20-day Refund Policy. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Please email us your refund request at email@example.com and we will provide you with detailed instructions on the refund procedure.
Refunds (if applicable)
We refund only 25% of the amount you paid. Customers can keep the items, we will process the refund right away and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it takes a few business days for the credit card company to process credit on your statement.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, promotion items cannot be refunded. For example, our promotion items in the $1 Dollar Special Section.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged before you receive the shipping delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a replacement in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
